On the ground/ lower level there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom, each with its own direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Also on the ground level, there is a further bedroom with en suite bathroom which is part of the villa but can be used as a separate annex.

On the first level an entrance hallway opens to the large sitting room which in turn has steps to the very elegant and spacious dining room. The kitchen and utility room are adjacent to the dining room. The dining room has its own terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

There are a further two bedrooms with en suite bathroom on the first level and a guest toilet.

On the upper level there are two very spacious bedrooms and both have en suite bathroom and each has a private dressing area.

The garden to the villa has a grassed lawn and is dressed with a variety of mature palms, fruit trees, and flowering shrubs.
