Changeover day: Preferably Saturday, however we are happy to be flexible. The house is ready for occupation after 1pm.
Linen/maid service: Your sheets and towels will be changed every week. The apartment is recently built and is fastiduously maintained.
"RUE DE PADERIA" is only 30 min's from Faro Airport on the motorway.

Just a few steps from the ria da santa luzia riverside and a few metres from the cobbled village square our first floor apartment is a wonderful spot if you prefer to holiday without a car. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, A well equipped kitchen complete with microwave, Fridge freezer, modern hob, washing machine, oven and dish washer. The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished and has Hi Fi plus cable television. The kitchen and study/sitting room open onto a patio via French windows. On the water front and close by there is a good selection of fish restaurants catering for all tastes, mainly offering the local catch of the day. From the end of the village a small ferry boat will take you over the river to the golden Terra Estreita beach which is a quiet, uncrowded and flies the EEC blue flag. - the children love this area - in particular the miniature railway running back and forth to Barril beach. Shopping is easy with an abundance of local shops within walking distance and there are regular local fresh food markets - fish is plentiful.
