Changeover day: Preferably Saturday, however we are happy to be flexible. The house is ready for occupation after 1pm.
Linen/maid service: Your sheets and towels will be changed every week. The pool and gardens are all tended to regularly and maintenance queries will be answered promptly.
Faro airport 30 min's on the motorway.
Nestling amongst almond, carob and lemon groves our house has wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and down to the sea. A tranquil place where you will feel you are away from the world. The house has three bedrooms, two of these are doubles and the third a twin. The master bedroom has direct access via French windows to the swimming pool terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower the second has a shower. The kitchen is well equipped with all you could need, right down to the washing machine. The bright and airy lounge is well serviced with Sky television and DVD player, is spacious, with French windows leading to the barbecue terrace and pool. There is also CD and radio.The golden sandy "blue flag" beaches of Ria Formosa Natural park are easily reached by a small ferry boat - the children love this area - in particular the miniature railway running back and forth to Barril beach. Shopping is easy and there are good local food markets where the sea food is superb - our local restaurants make good use of this !!!
