With farmhouse furniture and Inglenook fireplace you will be seduced by our villa "Quinta Tara" the moment you step through the door. The half-acre garden with almond, lemon, orange and fig trees is enclosed by a dry-stone wall while the spacious, sunny terrace which surrounds the house offers shade under pergolas of grape, wisteria and bougainvillea.
There are 3 bedrooms. The master double which is en suite, opens onto a galleried landing - bedroom 2 (twin) & 3 (double) are on the ground floor and share the family bathroom. The lounge has satellite TV which has a number of English channels, surround sound system, DVD and a video player. The luxurious lounge opens onto a covered patio, this is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fitted to the highest standard and has every convenience to make your holiday comfortable. The 8 X 4mtr Spa swimming pool is chemical free and set into a terrace with shower and barbecue - from here there are views across the Asseca Valley.

Bedrooms: Spacious master bedroom opens onto a galleried landing.
Bedroom 2 on the ground floor with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 also on the ground floor has twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to Master bedroom with shower and wc.
Ground floor bathroom, adjacent to bedroom 3 with bath, overhead shower and wc.
Kitchen: The luxuriously fitted kitchen has a washing machine, 5-ring gas hob, an electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has beautifully fitted units and granite surfaces with ample storage.
Living Rooms: The galleried landing overlooks a large high-ceilinged living room with 3 big settees and a farmhouse-style inglenook fireplace with a cast iron stove. There is plenty of natural light the windows all being double glazed and fitted with mosquito nets.
Other: Our house has a large covered patio, which is ideally suited to outdoor dining.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are provided and there is a once weekly linen change and pool service.
Notes on accommodation
There are fans in each bedroom for hot summer nights. The house has radiators on the ground floor powered by the fire. Firewood is supplied for winter rentals - ensuring a cosy winter break, incase the sun doesn't shine! Our average winter daytime temperature is 17 degrees! The house is accessed by a track and has a private shingle drive with ample parking space beside the villa.
