From the terrace, enjoy views over the swimming pool as far as the ocean. across the numerous islands and white sandy beaches all within 20 minutes of the villa. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and en-suite whilst the third has bunk beds and full use of the family bathroom - this is close by. The lounge is beautifully furnished and has Satellite TV with a number of English channels plus a Hi Fi system. The open fire place is a welcome treat during the winter months when after a warm sunny day the evening turns a little chilly. The kitchen is well fitted and has every convenience you could wish for whether on summer holiday or winter break, right down to the microwave and dishwasher. You can be certain your stay at "Broxburn House" will be comfortable and memorable - your linen will be changed weekly and our maintenance staff will also call once a week - the villa is 45 minutes easy drive from Faro International Airport

A wonderful and peaceful environment for families, great for kids!
The master bedroom is on the first floor with patio doors opening onto a long veranda. Remote controlled air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and there is an electric fan in the other double bedroom.
This is a no smoking house. Ash trays with sand are provided for smoking outside.
There is a once-weekly maintenance visit including a once-weekly linen change.
