5 minutes walk from the little village of Prego and just 8 minutes drive from Tavira sits our country house, Vila Barharra. A sanctuary from the hustle and bustle but close enough to find noise when it´s your choice. The house has two bedrooms, a spacious double and a twin plus a full family bathroom. The heart of the house is the large farmhouse kitchen which is of course fully fitted with all modern amenities - right down to the washing machine. The kitchen opens to a tiled patio which has table and chairs plus built in barbecue, ideal for our outdoor lifestyle here on the Algarve. The lounge is light and very well furnished. There is television, Hi-Fi, Video and an open fireplace in the lounge - so cosy on those occasional chilly winter evenings. The lounge has double sliding doors leading to the split level swimming pool terrace and gardens. The entire house and garden area is secure even for the youngest children being totally walled and there are no staircases.

Changeover day: Preferably Saturday, however we are happy to be flexible. The house is ready for occupation after 1pm.
Linen/maid service: Your sheets and towels will be changed every week. The pool and gardens are all tended to regularly. You will find a welcome hamper on arrival and any maintenance queries will be answered promptly.
Fans in both bedrooms, insect screens on all doors, windows and shutters.
Faro airport 50 mins on the motorway.
