A luxury 3 bedroom villa with its' own private swimming pool standing in 1.5 acres of grounds. The views are spectacular over the surrounding Algarve countryside. Near to the village of Estoi and within easy striking distance of the beaches and golf courses of the Eastern Algarve. The nearby towns of Säó Bras and Loulé offer a contrast and have good supermarkets and markets. The area is well served by restaurants and bars both in variety and price with something to suit every taste and pocket.
The Villa is spacious & well furnished with the en suite master bedroom located on the first floor opening onto its' own roof terrace. On the ground floor are the two twin bedrooms both opening onto the front terrace and then to the pool area. Also on this level, the family bathroom, well fitted kitchen, separate laundry room and very comfortable lounge/diner which has every amenity including satellite T.V.

NOTE:
Maid service is provided twice a week for general cleaning and change of towels. Bed linen is changed once per week. A welcome food pack is provided on arrival at the villa.
Our villa "Casa dos Passarinhos" is 20 minutes from Faro airport. Car hire is necessary and we can arrange for a reliable company with very competitive rates to meet you on arrival at Faro airport. Change over day in the summer is Saturday but we can be flexible in winter
