With beautiful views down the 6th fairway on this famous golf course, our villa is set on a high elevation enjoying sunshine from early morning 'til sunset. The split level Lounge / Dining room is large and airy and opens onto the terrace and gardens - ideal for the seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle of the Algarve. Barbecue and "dine al fresco" and then a quick dip in the large swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an extra cost. The Salt water lake at Quinto do Lago is ideal for watersports and it is of course, right on the beach. There is Satellite TV in the lounge and telephone connected. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and equipped right down to the dishwasher. In the laundry room are two automatic washing machines. The beaches at Quinta do Lago are splendid making this a perfect holiday base for the whole family, perhaps even horse riding on the beach - a rare treat. Faro Airport is Only 15 minutes.

DEPOSIT

To make a booking, 20% deposit will secure the dates with the balance due 4 weeks before the rental period starts.

A returnable damage deposit of £150 per week is required for Quinta do Lago returned 14 days after departing less any cost of repairs should there be any damage and any phone usage will be charged at 0.15 Euro/unit. .
