There are 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite), a large lounge with 2 sofa beds, a dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 1 further bathroom. This is the perfect base for a family holiday being quiet and yet close to all amenities including some excellent golf courses. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are near the villa.
Airport 35 Km. - Car hire not necessary but would be an asset - much to do and see in the area..
Prices are weekly for the house not per person - prices charged are Euros
40% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 800 Euros (approx. £490) is required (this may be given as a £ Sterling cheque) and totally refunded at the end of your vacation. Minimum booking period is 7 days.
