located in a quite rural non tourist area with most surrounding land being agricultural, i.e. private, not overlooked but not isolated being approximately 6 km north of Faro town, the Algarve capital, and 8 km from Faro Airport, which is around 20 minutes by car. The local town is Estoi, which has shops, restaurants and banks and is famous for the Palace do Visconde (The Pink Palace). For colder months there is an open log fire and electric heaters are available. Maid service and towel change is twice weekly, bedding is once weekly. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Many restaurants are within a short distance and are inexpensive compared to coastal resorts. Inland there are the cork and pine forests which can easily be accessed by walkers and nature lovers.
Estoi to Airport 20 minutes - Car hire advised - owners will be pleased to advise.
