Some 2km from the villa lies the delightful town of Sao Bras with it's restaurants, shops and smart pavement cafes where the local speciality - homemade chicken pies, are simply divine! An easy 20 minute drive will take you to the coast, golf courses and Faro airport. In fact the location couldn't be better for experiencing the best the Algarve has to offer. There is Maid service provided Monday to Friday. Change over day is Saturday or Sunday by arrangement

DEPOSIT
The deposit of 25% is non-refundable and the balance must be paid in full, 8 weeks before departure.
There is also a £350 deposit (payable with balance) to cover damage/breakages which is refundable on your return after a satisfactory inspection by our villa manager and the return of the keys. The rental charge includes maid service Monday to Friday.
